From the state of WA, I sent an Easter arrangement to my declining sister in a nursing home in WV. The woman /designer who helped me on the phone was so kind and my other sister traveled to visit the nursing home on Easter and said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and just what I was hoping for. I called Donna's for some last minute funeral flowers........no one else was open at 4:00 pm on a Saturday, her voicemail directed me to another number in which she answered and was able to take care our needs for some flowers.....although we were not able to make it to the funeral, we were told the flowers were beautiful and it especially touched our hearts when the deceased's husband greeted his mother (my aunt) as she made her way into the funeral home and told her "you need to come see these flowers" ... so we would like to than Donna's Holiday Shoppe for an awesome job done! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Donna Flora is now my GO TO florist!!! Came through for me in a clutch. My wife recently moved jobs and is now working in Bridgeport and we live in Grafton. So I've sort of been florist shopping but after they came through with real short notice and got Mom her Mother's Day flowers at work just like my kiddos wanted. Very grateful for this shop!! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous will try to add pic later. Thanks again Donna Flora and team!! You guys are awesome 👍👍

My mother’s funeral flowers were beautiful. I also purchased a peace lily and it reminds me of my mom every time I walk by it. Donna Flora is easy to work with. MariElena sat down with me and helped me pick out the perfect flowers, colors, and display. ❤️

WOW!!! What a wonderful shop and BEAUTIFUL arrangements. I called Donna’s last minute on the start of Mothers Day weekend and asked if there was any way they could fit in a delivery that day to my Mother at work in Clarksburg for Nurses Week and Mothers Day (which i know is such a busy time). Without any hesitation they thankfully told me they could and delivered her the most beautiful bouquet of flowers just a FEW HOURS LATER!! And even personalized it with a coffee cup, for my coffee loving mother! She was so surprised, and I was so pleased with my order!! I am so happy with my order, and experience, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you guys again for helping a procrastinating daughter make her well deserving mom happy!!!

I am so thankful that Donna Flora was available to do the flowers for our wedding. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and she was so prepared for our meetings to show my all the flower options I had to match our wedding colors! She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!! I have never seen such beautiful bouquets, boutonnières and corsages before!! She also put together arrangements for the church and they were just breathtaking! She is extremely talented and I highly suggest using this business for any floral needs. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I am giving Donna Flora a 5 Star Review for exceptional customer service, customer follow up and treating the customer fairly. In addition please see the beautiful arrangement that Donna delivered to my sister’s gravesite. In addition, Elaina (hopefully spelled correctly) personally called me and walked me through everything to ensure the arrangement was delivered to the gravesite. Things may not have gone as originally planned BUT no harm, no foul AND Donna Flora made everything right. I will continue to use Donna’s for all of my Clarksburg area floral needs! So should everyone!
